Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Vardra, a local-first password manager operated by Vardra.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your master password, Secret Key, device access, and recovery material safe. Vardra is zero-knowledge; if you lose all recovery material, Vardra cannot decrypt or restore your vault.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew through Stripe unless canceled before renewal. Trial availability, prices, and plan limits are shown at checkout. Family and team plans are listed when generally available.

Acceptable use

You may not use Vardra to attack systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, violate law, or interfere with the service for other users.

Security model

Vardra encrypts vault data client-side and provides vault access controls. No security product can guarantee absolute protection. You should keep your devices patched and revoke device or session access you no longer trust.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development. We aim to preserve local vault access even when sync is unavailable.
